Bereshit (Genesis) High Lights : In Him Before Creation

Matthew 14;22 Immediately he had the talmidim (disciples) get in the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he sent the crowds away. 23 After he had sent the crowds away, he went up into the hills by himself to pray. Night came on, and he was there alone. 24 But by the this time, the boat was several miles from shore, battling a rough sea and a headwind. 25 Around four o’clock in the morning, he came toward them, walking on the lake! 26 When the talmidim saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost!” they said and screamed with fear. 27 But at once Yeshua spoke to them. “Courage,” he said, “it is I. Stop being afraid.” 28 Then Kefa called to him, “Lord, if it is really you, tell me to come to you on the water.” 29 “Come!” he said. So Kefa got out of the boat and walked on the water toward Yeshua. 30 But when he saw the wind, he became afraid; and as he began to sink, he yelled, “Lord! Save me!” 31 Yeshua immediately stretched out his hand, took hold of him, and said to him, “Such little trust! Why did you doubt?” 32 As they went up into the boat, the wind ceased. 33 The men in the boat fell down before him and exclaimed, “You really are God’s son!”

–The imagery of Yeshua, both human and divine, hovering…poised on the surface of the water. While the storm rages, He is intent, focused and direct. From creation Yeshua uttered directives and the universe was formed. He spoke and it came to be. He ordered the stars and placed them in their constellations. He composes the itinerary for the waves and the winds and they submit. Let us listen to the voice of the Creator in perfection as we unroll the scroll once again. Everything is patterned and cyclical. He has given us the end from the beginning. See Yeshua in it all, he is present on every page.

Bereshit 1;1 In the beginning of God’s creating the heavens and the earth- 2 when the earth was astonishingly empty, with darkness upon the surface of the deep, and the Divine Presence hovered upon the surface of the waters-3 God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and God separated between the light and the darkness. 5 God called to the light: “Day,” and to the darkness He called: “Night.” And there was evening and there was morning, one day. 6 God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it separate between water and water.” 7 So God made the firmament, and separated between the waters which were beneath the firmament and the waters which were above the firmament. And it was so. 8 God called to the firmament: “Heaven.” And there was evening and there was morning, a second day. 9 God said, “Let the waters beneath the heaven be gathered into one area, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so. 10 God called tot he dry land: “Earth,” and to the gathering of waters He called: “Seas.” And God saw that it was good. 11 God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation: herbage yielding seed, fruit trees yielding fruit each after its own kind, containing its own seed on the earth.” And it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth vegetation: herbage yielding seed after its own kind, and trees yielding fruit, each containing its seed after its own kind. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening and there was morning, a third day.

I Thessalonians 5;1 But you have no need to have anything written to you, brothers, about the times and the
dates when this will happen; 2 because you yourselves well know that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3When people are saying, “Everything is so peaceful and secure,” then the destruction will suddenly come upon them, the way labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and there is no way they will escape. 4 But you brothers are not in the dark, so that the Day should take you by surprise like a thief; 5 for toy are all people who belong to the light, who belong to the day. We don’t belong to the night or to darkness, 6 so let’s not be asleep, like the rest are; on the contrary, let us stay alert and sober. 7 People who sleep, sleep at night; and people who get drunk, get drunk at night. 8 But since we belong to the day, let us stay sober, putting on trust and love as a breastplate and the hope of being delivered as a helmet. 9 For as God has not intended that we should experience his fury, but that we should gain deliverance through out Lord Yeshua the Messiah., 10 who died on our behalf so that whether we are alive or dead, we may live along with him.

–Yeshua told us no one knows the exact day and time of his return, only the Father. (Mark13;32) Consider what we know about God, He put the luminaries in the skies foremost as signs, here He tells us these signs will be in connection to the Feasts of the Lord. If we want to walk in the Day we will know the appointed times and seasons of the Lord, we have them all right here repeatedly testifying to their meaning throughout our bibles. We will consider them, study them, observe them and connect them to the current events in heaven and on earth. In 2015 there are signs on nearly every Feast and Fast day (biblical).
Paul writes to the Thessalonians, that the Lord may come as a thief in the night , but not to those who are watching!! Not to those who are not sleeping!!
See this teaching for more on the Heavenly Signs for the year 2015 :

Bereshit 1;14 God said, “Let there be luminaries in the firmament of the heaven to separate between the day and the night; and they shall serve as signs, and for festivals, and for days and years; 15 and they shall serve as luminaries in the firmament of the heaven to shine upon the earth.” And it was so. 16 And God made the two great luminaries, the greater luminary to dominate the day and the lesser luminary to dominate the night; and the stars. 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, 18 to dominate by day and by night, and to separate between the light and the darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.

–The following text is part of the blessings we pray each Sabbath to welcome in the groom, the King. What is the Sabbath, the point of these blessings? Has God asked man to be His witness, to testify to His being? The upholding, safeguarding of the word of the Lord and His Sabbath is the proof, it is the witness, we are the testimony that He is the Creator, that He made all things and has dominion over us and that He rested as a picture for us…and we keep it, repeating it, preserving it as a sign that we are His covenant people, and that someday there will be an eternal Sabbath in which Yeshua will reign. I will declare it and repeat over my cup amid my gladness all the days I have the breath of life and the Spirit in me. Halleluyah!

Bereshit 2; 1 Thus the heaven and the earth were finished, and all their array. 2 By the seventh day God completed His work which He had done, and HE abstained on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. 3 God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it because on it He abstained from all His work which God created to make. 4 These are the products of the heaven and the earth when they were created on the day that HASHEM God made earth and heaven- 5 now all the trees of the field were not yet on the earth and all the herb of the field had not yet sprouted, for HASHEM God had not sent rain upon the earth and there was no man to work the soil. 6 A mist ascended from the earth and watered the whole surface of the soil. 7 And HASHEM God formed the man of the dust from the ground, and He blew in to his nostrils the soul of life; and man became a living being.

Ezekiel 37; 1 The hand of HASHEM was upon me; it took me out by the spirit of HASHEM and set me down in the midst of the valley- and it was filled with bones. 2 He passed me over them all around and around; and behold, they were very numerous upon the face of the valley, and behold, they were very dry. 3 Then He said to me, “Son of Man, can these bones come to life?” And I said, “Lord HASHEM/ELOHIM, You know!” 4 He said to me, “Prophesy over these bones! Say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of HASHEM! 5 Thus said the Lord HASHEM/ELOHIM to these bones: Behold, I bring a spirit into you, and you will come to life. 6 I will put sinews upon you, I will bring flesh upon you, and I will coat you with skin; then I will put a spirit into you and you will come to life; then you will know that I am HASHEM.'” 7 So I prophesied as I had been commanded. There was a sound as I was prophesying. Then behold, there was a noise, and these bones drew near, each bone to its [attaching] bone. 8 Then I looked, and behold, upon them were sinews, and flesh had come up and skin had covered them over; but there was no spirit in them. 9 Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the spirit! Prophesy, O Son of Man, and say to the spirit, ‘Thus said the Lord HASHEM/ELOHIM: Come from the four directions, O spirit, and blow in to these slain people, that they may come to life!'” 10 I prophesied as I had been commanded and the spirit entered them and they came to life. They stood upon their feet, a very, very great legion.

–All the vegetation, all the trees…which would come to ‘provide’ all sustenance are first watered and tended to, their continual growth provided for by the Creator, the mist, the dew. [The Word, the Torah, the Dew-Deuteronomy 32;1 Give ear O heavens and I will speak; and may the earth hear the words of my mouth. 2 May my teaching drop like the rain, may my utterance flow like the dew; like storm winds upon vegetation and like raindrops upon blades of grass. 3 When I call out the Name of HASHEM, ascribe greatness to our God . 4The Rock!- perfect is His work, for ALL His paths are justice; a God of faith without iniquity, righteous and fair is He. ] We are to be good trees, bearing good fruit. The Lord waters the earth and thus the earth comes to life. Man is formed from the earth, from the dust and to the dust he shall return in death.
Until the Lord breathes the soul of life into him, providing that spirit and being he is dust. In death, as the dry bones, idle, sleeping, void of being God’s children will wait for the Lord to breathe on them, a soul…they will stand a part of a vast body, the legion prepared for battle.

Job 33;13 “Why do you complain against Him that He does not answer all of [man’s] statements? 14 For God speaks once, and sees no need for twice . 15 In a dream, a vision of the night, when a deep sleep falls over people, during slumbers upon the bed, 16 then He uncovers people’s ears and seals their affliction, 17 in order to divert a person from his [planned] action, and to suppress the pride from man, 18 thus sparing his soul from the grave, and his life from perishing by the sword. 19 And so he is afflicted with pain upon his bed, and upon the multitude of his strong bones.

Isaiah 29;9 Ponder and be astonished- they have been utterly blinded; they were drunk, but not from wine; they staggered, but not from liquor. 10 For HASHEM has poured upon you a spirit of deep sleep and He has closed your eyes; He has covered the [false] prophets and your chiefs, the seers. 11 To you all the [true] prophecy is like the words of a sealed document, which one gives to a literate person, saying, “Please read this,” and he says, “I cannot, for it is sealed.” 12 Then the document is given to an illiterate person, saying, “Please read this,” and he says, “I am not literate.” 13 The Lord said: Inasmuch as this people has drawn close, with its mouth and with its lips it has honored Me, yet it has distanced its heart from Me- their fear of Me is like rote learning of human commands- 14 therefore, behold, I will continue to perform more wonders against this people-wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of its wise men will be lost and the understanding of its sages will become concealed.
22 Therefore, thus said HASHEM, Who redeemed Abraham, to the House of Jacob: Jacob will not be ashamed now, and his face will not pale now, 23 when he sees his children, My handiwork in their midst, who will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob and revere the God of Israel! 24 Those of misguided spirit will attain understanding, and complainers will learn [God’s] instruction.

–This generation has been sleeping, corruption and debauchery are all around us. Every glance contains the proof that we as a whole have attempted to banish all Godliness and good counsel from our places of business, entertainment and even homes. It is time to wake up. Along with these proofs of our failures are beacon’s of truth which shine radiantly. It is light shooting forth from our children, praises, mentioning’s of His Name and His goodness, assemblies devoted to His eternal word and its proclamation large and small scale. The Lord has been nudging, prodding and shaking up His people, some of us have pulled the covers up over our heads and rolled over, denying the groom at the door…many have heard and been in faithful preparation, going strongly forward in a path marked with good steps and echoing with the ambiance of the Good News from the beginning, Yeshua will restore all things, creating life, making covenant, sealing affliction, granting salvation….come quickly our King.

Bereshit 2;21 So HASHEM God cast a deep sleep upon the man and he slept; and He took one of his sides and He filled in flesh in its place. 22 The HASHEM God fashioned the side that He had taken from the man into a woman, and He brought her to the man. 23 And the man said, “This time it is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. This shall be called Woman, for from man was she taken.” 24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and cling to his wife and they shall become one flesh. 25 They were both naked, the man and his wife, and they were not ashamed.

Bereshit 15; 12 And it happened, as the sun was about to set, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold- a dread! great darkness fell upon him. 13 And He said to Abram, “Know with certainty that your offspring shall be aliens in a land not their own- and they will serve them, and they will oppress them- four hundred years. 14 But also the nation that they will serve, I shall judge, and afterwards they will leave with great wealth. 15 As for you: you shall come to your ancestors in peace; you shall be buried in a good old age. 16 And the fourth generation shall return here, for the iniquity of the Amorite shall not yet be full until then.” 17 So it happened: The sun set, and it was very dark. Behold- there was a smoky furnace and a torch of fire which passed between these pieces. 18 On that day HASHEM made a covenant with Abram, saying, “To your descendants have I given this land, ….”

–Adding and subtracting to the word of God. What would Jesus do? How could it ever follow that the Lord tell us to take up the Scripture (when reading the Apostolic Writings -known as the New Testament- Scripture always refers to the Torah, Prophets and Writings. ) go forth and spread the Good News, making disciples wherever we go (Matthew 28;19)…carrying in our arms our bibles, yet referencing the majority of the pages as wonderful stories, amazing incidents and continuing on to profess a Savoir and Redeemer whom all man can trust in and rely upon and fall upon in complete reliance and security…who came to put an end, to complete and thus change…what was written and given prior to his arrival. The Creator never changed, His Son through whom all creation came into being would never have come to express such a message, and neither would his disciples. Neither should we. The entire body of scripture is good and without using it, embracing it as a whole…we miss the entirety of what our Savior has done since creation and what he has yet to fulfill in the great a terrible Day of the Lord and in the World to Come. It was from the very beginning the sin of adding to the word, which in effect takes away from the word….ignites the spark of doubt in the Almighty and His instruction. Chavah adds to the Creators direct instruction, His “Law” about the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This doubt was initiated foremost by the great Liar, who caused the question…”Did God really say__________?” Fill in the blank for yourself: Keep the Feasts of the Lord? Honor the Sabbath Day and keep it Holy? Only eat of that which has a split hoof and brings up its cud? For salvation can only be found by the Blood of the Messiah Yeshua and through His redemptive work in us, but the light and means for instruction for walking in the Day is expressed in the eternal unchanging word of God, PERFECT beginning to end.

Deuteronomy 4;1 Now, O Israel, listen to the decrees and to the ordinances that I teach you to perform, so that you may live, and you will come to possess the Land that HASHEM, the God of your forefathers, gives you. 2 You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor shall you subtract from it, to observe the commandments of HASHEM, your God, that I command you.

Proverbs 30;2 Surely I am a boor of a man and do not have human understanding. 3 I have not learned wisdom, nor known sacred knowledge. 4 Who [but Moses] ascended to heaven and descended? Who else gathered the wind in his palm? Who else tied the waters in a cloak? Who established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son’s name, if you know? 5 Every word of God is refined; He is a shield to those who trust in Him. 6 Do not add to His words, lest He test you and find that you deceived.

Psalm 119;153 See my affliction and release me, for I have not forgotten Your Torah. 154 Champion my cause and redeem me; for Your word’s sake, preserve me. 155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they sought not Your statutes. 157 Your mercies, HASHEM, are abundant; preserve me as is Your practice. 157 Many were my pursuers and my tormentors, but I did not swerve from Your testimonies. 158 I saw traitors and I quarreled [with them], because they kept not Your word. 159 See that I have loved Your precepts; O HASHEM, preserve me in accordance with Your kindness. 160 Your very first utterance is truth, and Your every righteous ordinance is for all time.

Bereshit 2; 15 HASHEM God took the man and placed him in the Garden of Eden, to work it and guard it. 16 And HASHEM God commanded man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Bad, you must not eat thereof; for on the day you eat of it, you shall surely die.
3; 1 Now the serpent was cunning beyond any beast of the field that HASHEM God had made. He said to the woman, “Did, perhaps, God say: ‘You shall not eat of any tree of the garden?” 2 The woman said to the serpent, “Of the fruit of any tree of the garden we may eat. 3 Of the fruit of the tree which is in the center of the garden God has said: ‘You shall neither eat of it nor touch it, lest you die.;”

Snake and Forbidden Fruit

–Adam and Chavah eat of the forbidden fruit. Then their eyes are opened. The concept of the Torah (a word which means teaching and instruction) shedding light to sin and being the standard by which we know right from wrong existed in the garden…once the transgression occurs they are stripped, exposed, bare…they have left the boundaries of the Lord’s instructions. Similarly the Children of Israel in the wilderness had been given the instructions, they agreed to the terms of the Ketubah, the wedding document. (Exodus 24;7) Then their leader Aaron left them vulnerable, naked, unshorn….they committed spiritually adultery and left the canopy of their Groom. Adam and Chavah’s sorry attempt to cover their shame with a fig leaf apron is just as sad as Aaron’s story about the idol’s sudden formulation from the fire. Adam, Chavah and Aaron all immediately seek to place the blame anywhere but upon their own faces. Adam blames Chavah, Chavah blames the serpent, Aaron blames the people. The adulterous woman was brought before the Kohen (Priest) and her head was uncovered, unshorn…she was to drink the bitter waters and there would be no means of finger pointing in this place of accusation. If she was innocent, she would be rewarded with a fertility, with fruitfulness. If she was guilty she would incur the curse of sin (death). The haunting text of Ezekiel reminds us that we have all sinned and fallen short (Romans 3;23), there is not one of us who can claim righteousness (Romans 3;10), all of our works for their own sake are like filthy rags before the King (Isaiah 64; 6) but He will be the One and only way we can become “New”. By the power in His word and the Spirit, by means of the redemptive work of Yeshua and His atoning ‘sacrificial’ death we will see and understand when He causes us to despise our harlotries, dying to the filth we once found pleasant and make us truly desire the work it takes to become Kadosh (holy= set apart) and change. Here we are able to accept responsibility for our wrongs without finger pointing and repent. Here we are able to call out for God to cover us, and unlike the feeble attempts on our own (fig leaves) He has clothed us in the perfect offering of His own son *Romans 13;14 (as the animal skin clothes in the garden).

Bereshit 3;6 And the woman perceived that the tree was good for eating and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable as a means to wisdom, and she took of its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her and he ate. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened and they realized that they were naked; and they sewed together a fig leaf and made themselves aprons. 8 They heard the sound of HASHEM God manifesting Itself in the garden toward evening; and the man and his wife hid from HASHEM God among the trees of the garden. 9 HASHEM God called out to the man and said to him, “Where are you?” 10 He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I am naked, so I hid.” 11 And He said, “Who told you that you are naked? Have you eaten of the tree from which I commanded you not to eat?” 12 The man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me- she gave me of the tree, and I ate.” 13 And HASHEM said to the woman, “What is this that you have done!” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

Exodus 32; 22 Aaron said, “Let not my master’s anger flare up. You know that the people is disposed toward evil. 23 They said to me, ‘Make us a god that will go before us, for this man Moses who brought us up from the land of Egypt- we do not know what became of him.’ 24 So I said to them, ‘Who has gold?’ They removed it and gave it to me. I threw it into the fire, and this calf emerged.” 25 Moses saw the people, that it was exposed, for Aaron had exposed them to disgrace among those who rise up against them.

Numbers 5;12 “Speak to the Children of Israel and say to them: Any man whose wife shall go astray and commit a treachery against him; 13 and a man could have lain with her carnally, but it was hidden from the eyes of her husband, and she became secluded and could have been defiled-…
15 The man shall bring his wife to the Kohen and he shall bring her offering for her…..
16 The Kohen shall bring her near and have her stand before HASHEM. 17 The Kohen shall take sacred water in an earthenware vessel, and the Kohen shall take from the earth that is on the floor of the Tabernacle and put it in the water. 18 The Kohen shall have the woman stand before HASHEM and uncover the woman’s head, and upon her palms he shall put the meal-offering of remembrance- it is a meal offering of jealousies, and in the hand of the Kohen shall be the bitter waters that cause curse.

Ezekiel 16;35-43 Therefore, O harlot, hear the word of HASHEM! 26 Thus said the Lord HASHEM/ELOHIM: Because your shame was poured out and your nakedness was uncovered by your harlotries with your paramours, and because of all your abominable idols, and in accordance with the blood of your children whom you gave to them; 37 therefore, behold, I will gather all your paramours to whom you have been pleasant. and all whom you love together with all whom you hate; I will gather them to you from all around and uncover your nakedness to them, and they will see your nakedness. 38 I will administer upon you the judgments of adulteresses and spillers of blood, and deliver you to the blood of wrath and jealousy. 39 Then I will place you in their hand; they will tear down your eminent place and smash your lofty places; they will strip you of your clothes and take your beautiful vessels and leave you naked and bare. 40 They will bring up an assemblage against you; they will pelt you with stone and pierce you with their swords; 41 they will burn own your houses in fire; they will execute judgments against you before the eyes of many women. I will stop you from being a harlot, and you will nevermore pay a fee. 42 Then I will relieve My fury [that had been] upon you, and My jealousy will turn away from you; then I will be at rest and not be angry any more. 43 [This will befall you] because you did not remember the days of your youth, but have angered Me with all these things….

–God creates man in His image. Male and female man and woman are in His image. We see throughout scripture God expresses to us His attributes as Father and Mother. In his letter the Thessalonians Paul expresses that disciples of the Lord are to be imitators of Him. He describes the ministry to the Thessalonians with the loving nurture of mother and comforting encouragement of father. With God in the center of our marriages and discipleship’s (which should both be committed to bearing good fruit and “making” more servants of HASHEM, in our homes with our children and in the world for all people to come to God) we will use the distinct attributes of man and woman, mother and father in sincere love and imitation of our Creator and Lord, Yeshua.

Bereshit 5;1 This is the account of the descendants of Adam- on the day that God created Man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2 He created them male and female. He blessed them and called their name Man and the day they were created-

Isaiah 66;12 For thus said HASHEM: Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river and the wealth of nations like a surging stream, and you will suckle; you will be carried on the side and dandled on the knees. 13 Like a man whose mother consoled him, so will I console you, and in Jerusalem will you be consoled. 14 You will see and your heart will exult, and your bones will flourish like grass; the hand of HASHEM will be known to His servants, and He will show anger to His enemies.

Proverbs 3;5 Trust in HASHEM with all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways know Him, and He will smooth your paths. 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear HASHEM and turn away from evil. 8 It will be health to your navel and marrow to your bones. 9 Honor HASHEM with your wealth, and the first of all your produce, 10 then your storehouses will be filled with plenty, and the wine of your vats will burst forth. 11 My child do not despise HASHEM’s discipline, and do not despise His reproof, 12 for HASHEM admonishes the one He loves, and like a father He mollifies the child.

I Thessalonians 2;4 Instead, since God has tested us and found us to be fit to be entrusted with the Good News, this is how we speak: not to win favor with people but with God, who tests our hearts. 5 For, as you know, never did we employ flattering talk, nor did we put on a false front to mask greed- God is witness. 6 Nor did we seek human praise- either from you or from others. 7 As emissaries of the Messiah, we could have made our weight felt; but instead, we were gentle when we were with you, like a mother feeding and caring for her children.
10 You are witnesses, and so is God, of how holy, righteous and blameless our behavior was in the sight of you believers; 11 for you know that we treated each one of you the way a father treats his children- 12 we encouraged you and comforted you and appealed to you to lead lives worthy of God, who calls you into his Kingdom and glory.

—The concept of Creation: especially for those of us who have been blessed to have children, we can see Creation as it continues each and every day is clearly directed and orchestrated and defined by a Magnificent All Powerful and Unfathomable Force, our Master, our Father, our King. To consider that the Messiah Yeshua designed all things, designed his own suffering and death on behalf of those he ‘bought’, HIS…is breathtaking. Even more profound is the fact that those who are his sheep, his own, were chosen in love before Creation. Before we were fashioned from the dust, before the dust itself….we are his. This is the word of God this is the testimony of our Savior. Do not ever fear you have become lost, do not ever despair for your place with him. He promises we are safe IN HIM, this is sure and we can trust in it. Let us chase and pursue using this life bought with the most precious blood to strive to bring His glory magnification on the earth while we await his return, let us now more than ever tell the story of Creation found in the Torah of the Lord…the story of how the Lord Creates life from sinners bound for death and teach others as the Lord commissioned all HIS disciples!

Ephesians 1;4 In the Messiah he chose us in love before the creation of the universe to be holy and without defect in his presence. 5 He determined in advance that through the Messiah Yeshua we would be his sons- in keeping with his pleasure and purpose-6 so that we would bring him praise commensurate with the glory of the grace he gave us through the Beloved One.

Revelation 13; 4 They worshipped the dragon, because he had given his authority to the beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who can fight against it?” 5 It was given a mouth speaking arrogant blasphemies; and it was given authority to act for forty two months. 6 So it opened its mouth in blasphemies against God to insult his name and his Sh’khinah, and those living in heaven; 7 it was allowed to make war on God’s holy people and to defeat them’ and it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. 8 Everyone living on earth will worship it except those whose names are written in the Book of Life belonging to the Lamb slaughtered before the world was founded. 9 Those who have ears let them hear! 10 “If anyone is meant for captivity, into captivity he goes! If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword his is to be killed!” This is when God’s holy people must persevere and trust!

Romans 8;31 What, then, are we to say to these things? If God is for us who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare even his own Son, but gave him up on behalf of us all- is it possible that, having given us his Son, he would not give us everything else too? 33 So who will bring a charge against God’s chosen people? Certainly not God- he is the one who causes them to be considered righteous! 34 Who punishes them? Certainly not the Messiah Yeshua, who died and- more than that- has been raised, is at the right hand of God and is actually pleading on our behalf! 35 Who will separate us from the love of the Messiah? Trouble? Hardship? Persecution? Hunger? Poverty? Danger? War?

John 10;27 My sheep listen to my voice, I recognize them, they follow me, 28 and I give them eternal life. They will absolutely never be destroyed, and no one will snatch them from my hands. 29 My Father, who gave them to me is greater than all; and no one can snatch them from my Father’s hands. 30 I and the Father are one.

for Your will…beyond human understanding,
please open up all our hearts to do as You have commanded.
I will serve you, will You show me how…
until the day I return to the breath that spoke
and ALL was,
breathe on me again in eternity.
My King has reigned, my King reigns now, My King shall reign forevermore!!
I declare it in delight!
